1. The concept of product self-declaration
Product self-declaration is a form of self-declared enterprises taking responsibility for the quality of their products. Product self-declaration is not issued by any state agency, but only publishes information about the product self-declaration dossier on the portal at that agency.
2. Conditions for applying for new product self-declaration
Product self-declaration according to the latest regulations is indefinite, but if your products fall into the following cases, you need to apply for a new product self-declaration:

Products change name, origin.

Products change, add or remove structural components.
Note: In cases of other changes, the organization, individuals shall notify in writing of the changed contents to the competent state management agencies; and can produce and trade products right after sending the notice.
The following documents should be fully prepared:

A product self-declaration made according to form No. 1 of Decree 15/2018/ND-CP.

Certificate of enterprise registration.

Product samples.

Product test result sheet (with tested product).

Certificate of eligibility for food safety.
