Board of Directors of CLEF Institute and Siglaw came to an agreement to sign a MOU for cooperation in investment promotion, and investment con-sultation for foreign investors, especially Japanese investors in Vietnam.
Interdisciplinary Institute for Culture, Language and Education Fostering was founded on June 23, 2020 according to Decision No. 556/QD/LHHVN of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA), and was granted an operation registration certificate for conducting scientific and tech-nological activities by the Ministry of Science and Technology on June 30, 2020, according to the registration decision no. A-2243.

On June 18, 2021, Ms. Le Dung - Director of Siglaw had a signing ceremony with the representative of CLEF Institute on cooperation and developing a network of trade promotion, investment consultation, bringing new Japanese enterprises to invest in Vietnam; Providing consultation on the legal corridor for foreign investors, cooperate on comprehensive development consultation to catch the investment wave after the Covid-19 pandemic.
