Thirdly, the person in charge of the travel service business must have a college degree or higher in tourism. If he/she graduates from a college or higher in another major, he/she must have an International Tourism Management Certificate.
Fourthly, the person in charge of provision of travel services is a person who holds one of the following titles: the President of the Board of Directors, the President of the Board of Members, the President of a company, the owner of a sole proprietorship, the General Director, the Director or Deputy Director, the Head of the travel service division.
