  • Documents for child rearers, including: A set of documents guiding the implementation of child care and education activities; child tracking book; asset tracking book of the children group; documents used to disseminate parenting knowledge to parents.

- Equipment for an independent preschool class:

  • Minimum equipment for children includes: Proper tables and chairs for children to sit on (especially for 05 years old children): one table and two chairs for two children; one desk, one chair and one board for the teacher; utensils, toys and racks; containers for drinking water, domestic water; documents for activities of playing and learning.

  • For the semi-boarding class: There are mats or beds, blankets, pillows, curtains, fans.

  • Documents for preschool teachers include: A set of guiding documents for children's care and education; child tracking book; notebooks for organizing children's educational activities during the day; documents used to disseminate parenting knowledge to parents.

- For places where the network of preschool educational institutions has not yet met the needs of sending children to school, individuals can organize groups of children to meet the requirements of parents to nurture and care for children. and must register its operation with the People's Committee, ensuring the following conditions for operation:

  • Child carers are healthy, have full capacity for civil responsibility and have certificates of professional training in child care and nurturing as prescribed.

  • Facilities must satisfy the following conditions: Child rearing and care rooms have an area of ​​at least 15 m2. ensuring safety and ventilation; having safe, age-appropriate toys for children; having enough utensils and equipment for child rearing and care; having enough drinking water and daily domestic water for children; having restrooms and sanitary equipment suitable for children; having documents guiding the implementation of child care and education.
