• Having the Design Appraisal Certificate and the design approval document (if any) and the written approval of the fire protection results of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police agency for the project; Works on the list specified in Appendix V promulgated together with Decree 136/2020/ND-CP, except for defense agency operating for military purposes and motorized vehicles with special requirements on ensuring fire protection are manufactured or converted by defense establishments specifically for military operations.
