Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14 dated June 13, 2019, of the National Assembly providing for the management of taxes and other state budget revenues (come into effect from July 1, 2020); Separate regulations on invoices and electronic documents come into effect from July 1, 2022.

Circular No. 95/2016/TT-BTC dated June 28, 2016, of the Ministry of Finance (come into effect from August 12, 2016) providing for tax registration documents and procedures; change tax registration information; invalidate tax identification numbers, restore tax identification numbers, and suspend business; tax registration in case of reorganization or transformation of the operating model of the organization; responsible for the management and use of tax codes.

Consolidated document No. 20/VBHN-BTC dated April 22, 2020, of the Ministry of Finance consolidating Decrees regulating license fees.
