The deadline for this type of report is similar to a value-added tax return. During the period, if there is no use of invoices, enterprises still need to make this report. But if the business has not made the announcement of invoice issuance, this declaration can be ignored.

Monthly/quarterly personal income tax return

Depending on the business situation, the monthly/quarterly personal income tax declaration will be fully implemented. Details are determined according to the information below.

If the business is declaring value added tax quarterly, the personal income tax return is automatically filed quarterly.

In case the business declares value-added tax on a monthly basis, pay attention to the amount of temporarily paid personal income tax. From there, determine whether to file tax returns monthly or quarterly. If the amount of tax temporarily paid per month is more than VND 50 million, choose to declare by month. If the temporarily paid tax is less than 50 million/month, enterprises can choose to declare quarterly.
