In the following cases, organizations and individuals will have to apply for a Certificate of Free Sale:

• First, the subjects have to export goods.

The Certificate of Free Sale of goods is one of the bases of the importing country that evaluates the quality of the product, the origin as well as the basic information of the product.

With this paper, the ability to circulate goods will be easier. Depending on the laws of different importing countries, this document is required.

• Second, subjects with goods imported into the domestic market are required to carry out the procedures for declaring imported products: cosmetic products, functional foods, and medical nutritional foods, nutritional products of all kinds are required.

• Organizations and individuals before putting their goods on the market need to research the above regulations to know which case they are in. If it is necessary to apply for a Certificate of Free Sale, they need to apply for this type of document.
