1. Procedures for applying for an auto transportation business license

The transportation business enterprises shall submit 01 application for an auto transportation business license to the agency which issues the transportation business license. In case the dossier needs to be adjusted or supplemented,  the agency which issues the transportation business license shall notify directly or in writing or via the online public service system the contents that need to be supplemented or adjusted to the enterprises applying transportation business license within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier.

Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of a complete dossier as prescribed, the agency which issues the transportation business license shall appraise the dossier and issue an auto transportation business license. In case of refusal to issue an auto transportation business license, the agency which issues the transportation business license must reply in writing or notify it through the online public service system and state the reason clearly.

Procedures for re-issuance of an auto transportation business license when there is a change in the contents of the transportation business license or the business license is revoked or deprived the right to use is carried out in accordance with the above provisions.

2. Cases of revocation of auto transportation business licenses for an indefinite period

Providing an incorrect copy of the original or providing false information in the application for an auto transportation business license.

Not doing transportation business within 6 months from the date of being granted the business license or stop doing transportation business for 6 consecutive months.

Terminating the operation as prescribed by law or by the request of the agency which issues the transportation business license.

Fixing or falsifying image data from vehicle mounted cameras, during and after data transmission.
