1. The application for establishing business location

According to Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP, the application for establishing a business location includes:

• Notification of established business location according to the form in Appendix II-11, Decree 122/2020/ND-CP.

• Letter of attorney on performing the procedure for establishing a business location for the company (In case the legal representative authorizes another person to submit,  process documents, and receive results)

• Personal identification certificate (ID/Passport) of the Head of the business location and the person authorized to perform the procedure (in case the company authorizes the representative to carry out the procedures)

2. The procedure for the notification of establishing business location

Step 1: Submit application.

Number of applications: 01 sets.

Step 2: Receive and process applications.

Processing: Within 03 (three) working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid applications.

Step 3: Receive the Result

Within 03 working days from the date of submission of the application, the Department of Planning and Investment will notify the results.

• Decree 01/2021/ND-CP dated January 4, 2021, of the Government on business registration. 

• Circular 01/2021/TT-BKHDT dated March 16, 2021, of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, guiding on business registration.
