1. The procedure for issuing Temporary Residence Cards to foreign workers

The procedure for issuing Temporary Residence Cards is implemented as follows: 

- Regulatory agency: Immigration Management Office of the Police Department of the province or city where the enterprise's headquarters is located.

- Estimated time: 07 days.

- Applications include: 

• A correspondence of Temporary Residence Card request (Form NA6).

• An application form for Temporary Residence Card (Form NA8).

• Written introduction of legal seal and signature of authorized persons of the organization (Form NA16).

• Certificate of true copy of Work Permit/ Exemption from Work Permit obtained by the worker

• An original passport of the worker.

• 2 photos 2cm x 3cm of the worker (color photo, white background, bare head, not wearing colored glasses).

• Confirmation of temporary residence declaration of the worker.
