2. Procedures for adjusting the sports business qualification certificate

a. Applications include

• An application for re-issuance of the Certificate, made according to Form No. 04 issued together with Decree No. 36/2019/ND-CP dated April 29, 2019 detailing a number of articles of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles. of the Law on Physical Education and Sports.

• The sports business qualification certificate has been granted.

b. Order and Procedures

Step 1: Submit application

Enterprises shall send dossiers to specialized agencies on physical training and sports to the People's Committee where the location of sports enterprises are registered.

(Or the People's Committee where the enterprise's head office is located, in case the enterprise has multiple locations for sports enterprise).

Step 2: Receive and process documents

The agency specialized in physical training and sports affiliated to the People's Committee of the province shall grant the enterprise the application receipt.

In case the dossier needs to be amended or supplemented, the certificate-issuing agency shall notify directly or in writing the contents that need to be amended and supplemented to the enterprise.

Time limit: 03 working days from the date of receiving the application.

Step 3: Receive the result

Competent agencies appraise dossiers and re-issue the sports business qualification certificate.

Time limit: 05 working days from the date of receipt of complete dossier as prescribed.
