A sports business qualification certificate is a required document when enterprises want to do sports business. So, when do the enterprises need to adjust or change the sports business qualification certificate?

1. Cases need to adjust the sports business qualification certificate
The enterprise shall adjust the sports business qualification certificate in case of changing one of the following contents of the certificate:

Name and address of the head office of the enterprise: When the enterprise changes the name and address of the head office on the Certificate of Enterprise Registration.

Location of sports enterprise: The enterprise wants to move its enterprise location to another address or add a new sports enterprise address.

2. Procedures for adjusting the sports business qualification certificate
a. Applications include

An application for re-issuance of the Certificate, made according to Form No. 04 issued together with Decree No. 36/2019/ND-CP dated April 29, 2019 detailing a number of articles of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles. of the Law on Physical Education and Sports.

The sports business qualification certificate has been granted.

Documents proving the change in the content of the sports business qualification certificate.
b. Order and Procedures
Step 1: Submit application
Enterprises shall send dossiers to specialized agencies on physical training and sports to the People's Committee where the location of sports enterprises are registered.
(Or the People's Committee where the enterprise's head office is located, in case the enterprise has multiple locations for sports enterprise).
Step 2: Receive and process documents
The agency specialized in physical training and sports affiliated to the People's Committee of the province shall grant the enterprise the application receipt.
In case the dossier needs to be amended or supplemented, the certificate-issuing agency shall notify directly or in writing the contents that need to be amended and supplemented to the enterprise.
Time limit: 03 working days from the date of receiving the application.
Step 3: Receive the result
Competent agencies appraise dossiers and re-issue the sports business qualification certificate.
Time limit: 05 working days from the date of receipt of complete dossier as prescribed.
