The process of applying for a Certificate of sports business qualification is carried out according to the following steps:
Step 1: Submit application
Enterprises send 01 set of dossiers to one of the two competent authorities mentioned above.
Step 2: Receive and process documents
The enterprise is granted a certificate of receipt by the competent authority.
In case the dossier needs to be amended or supplemented, the competent agency shall notify directly or in writing the contents that need to be amended and supplemented to the enterprise.
Time period: 03 working days from the date of receiving the application.
Step 3: Receive the result
The specialized agency examines the business conditions for sports activities of the enterprise and issues the Certificate of sports business qualification.
In case of refusal, the competent authority shall notify in writing and clearly the reasons.
Time period: 07 working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid dossiers.
