According to Clause 1, Article 66 of Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP, after the expiration of the suspension period, an enterprise has the right to continue to suspend business when there is a need. A compulsory condition when continuing to suspend an enterprise is to notify within 03 working days to the Business Registration Agency where the enterprise's headquarters is located.
Suspension of business for the second time
Additionally, if the enterprise resumes its business ahead of schedule, it must also apply a notification of business resumption.
Thus, an enterprise may suspend its business many times, but each time shall not exceed 02 successive years. The procedure for resumption of business suspension as well as subsequent times are the same as for the first suspension.
