1. Cases of liquor retail license revocation

According to Clause 1, Article 33 of Decree 105/2017/ND-CP on liquor production and trading, the license is revoked in the following cases:

• Fake application.

• Failure to fulfill or comply with prescribed regulations.

• Termination of production or trade.

• The license granted within improper competence.

• The trader having the license but ceasing operation for 12 consecutive months.

Thus, if one of the above cases is violated, the liquor retail establishment will have its license revoked by the Economic Department or the Department of Economy and Infrastructure. Within 05 working days from the date of receiving the decision to revoke the license, the trader must submit the original license to the Economic Department or the Economic and Infrastructure Division. The agency making the revocation decision publishes information about the revocation of the license on its portal or website.
